Virtual Field Trip to The White House

 Monday, November 3, 2025

My Virtual Trip to The White House was actually an amazing experience. When I was in sixth grade, my mother, brother and I went to see The White House in Washington D.C. It was more of a surreal experience seeing how massive it was, and seeing all of law enforcement making sure no one committed a crime. Obviously, some rooms are kept off limits, but the virtual 360 mode allows the viewer to feel as though they are there in real time.

The first room above was the State Room, which is where candidate members and officials go to talk and have dinners. The room was massive and gorgeous. The next photo below is the Family Theater, my favorite room. The family has plays and movies in this room, and I made sure to take a screenshot because I, myself, has a movie theater in my basement at home. It's just so cool to relate to The White House!

Lastly, the third room is the Blue Room, which is an oval shaped room where State Officials go for receptions and lines, dinners and meetings. This room is elegant, and interesting to move around and see where important meetings take place.

Overall, I would recommend this experience and do it again, as I got to see places I never saw before. The virtual 360 tour allows for the viewers to see actual real time places as if they were there. The White House is an important part of history and should be seen by many people. This was the best thing I have done recently and others should take a look into the tour!
